Working closely together

At our manufacturing plant in Italy, our technical, purchasing, production and quality teams are all working closely together to design and build our extensive cranes range. Furthermore, we have a dedicated team dealing with spare parts ordering and shipment.

Our worldwide network of expert dealers are ready to help with the selection of the best F.lli Ferrari crane for each application. Also, our installers have all the skills required to mount our cranes onto your trucks. This professional service network is supported by company specialists with training in Italy or other countries, as required.

In addition to regular visits and training, dealers are supported through a web portal (dealer area) which gives them access to technical and marketing documents, spare parts ordering service and monitoring of orders placed.

Building top performance cranes

F.lli Ferrari designs and manufactures truck-mounted cranes which are used in a wide variety of applications across a range of industry sectors including construction, oil & gas and logistics. We offer an excellent range of telescopic and articulated cranes for the medium capacity crane segment as well some outstanding larger cranes with load capacities up to 90 tm.

Our cranes are available globally and our customers include fleet operators, truck dealers, truck manufacturers and vehicle body builders.

History

Founded in 1970 located in Poviglio

F.lli Ferrari is one of the longest standing names in the crane world. Established in 1970 in Boretto, Italy by two brothers – Romano and Gianni Ferrari – the company relocated to Poviglio in 2003. This location, in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, was important in having access to metal work, engineering skills and many good component suppliers in the local area.

Following changes of ownership in 2005 and 2007, the company now exports globally through an extensive network of importers and expert dealers.

A Quality Management System is in place to monitor and improve every process that can influence the quality of our products and services. All projects are closely monitored from concept to delivery.

F.lli Ferrari’s production and supply system is certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

Environment

Minimize environmental impact

We recognise the importance of environmental protection and are acting to adapt all products and production processes to minimise environmental impact. We are decreasing energy consumption and gaseous emissions, and, our water-based paint systems have reduced solvent emissions by 95%.

All F.lli Ferrari cranes are produced according to the ISO14001 standard, created to help organizations minimize how their operations negatively affect the environment and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements. This certification was awarded in December 2014.

Aftersales service to support all F.lli Ferrari products is delivered to importers and dealers through:

Spare parts service: 24-hour, door-to-door spare parts delivery at three levels of service platinum, gold and silver

Training & workshops: delivered by Flli. Ferrari specialists directly in our factory in Poviglio (Italy) or in the customers’ countries. Flli Ferrari designs and delivers the technical training required, through its service network around the world, to ensure that product performance and value are maximized.
